Two front white paws touched the sand, sinking in slightly. The warmth soaked up into her paw pads. The she dog stood still letting the sand carress her front paws before moving farther onto the beack. A smile played on her black lined lips. The femme shook her lengthy coat and walked to the water, wading in up to her shoulders. It felt good on her skin. This heat was almost unbearable with her long fur. The aussie dipped her head in and turned around to go back to the sand. She shook water from her pelt as she went. Ice blue eyes looked for a spot to sit in the shade and clean her red merle pelt. This petite female went by the name of Sabrial, allowing those who were close to her to call her Sabri. she made her way to a shady spot and shook herself again. Slowly she sat down and began to groom herself. Cleaning the grit from her multi colored pelt. Soon after she was done she lay down in the sand and began to drift off into a day dream. Completely at ease in her surroundings she didnt bother to keep her eyes open. And before to long she was snoozing in the sand.

The sound of splashing water reached a large coyote's ears. The young male had been resting under a rather tall tree for a bit, while waiting for something exciting to happen. The Gamme Male of Firestorm Island stretched as he rose to his paws, before silently shaking his coat clean of the dirt and grass that had attached itself to his coat while he had been resting. Rolling his eyes, he stepped from his resting spot and started toward the beach. A few twigs snapped beneath his paws, but that seemed to be the only noise that reached his ears, besides for the splashing of water. He knew someone was near by, but didn't know that it was a female. His grayish eyes scanned around the forest, as he made his way towards the beach. Emerging from the lightly densed forest, his paws touched the sand as they sunk slightly into it. Some parts of the sand were hot to the touch, but that didn't stop him from going where he wanted to. He allowed his eyes to scan out over the sand and water before they landed on another figure. It appeared to be an australian shepherd, but he couldn't quite tell if it was female or male, yet. But, it wasn't long before he watched her exit the water and head towards some shade. As she laid down, he allowed hisself to completely leave the darkness and protection of the trees. Carefully, he maneuvered his way towards the female. With ease, he slowed to a stop a few feet from the female, incase she decided she felt threatened and out of respect. "Hello ma'am," his voice greeted from deep within his throat. But, that was before he noticed she was sleeping. Tilting his head to the side, he took a few steps back from the female and reclined to his haunches, wondering if she'd wake up after his greeting.

"Hello ma'am" the words made their way to her ears and with a slight start she woke. Her ears stood up straight as she began to rise from the sand. Icey eyes finding a male sitting down a few feet from her, she shook the sand from her pelt and seated herself. Taking her time and clearing her throat before she bothered to speak. "Hello...sir" her smokey voice held a tinge of laughter as she said 'sir'. Sabri let her eyes rove the coyotes body in an obvious manner. A slight smile worked its way onto black lined lips and a twinkle began in her eyes. "Just napping a little" she said softly. Grinning at him she waited. "Oh yeah my names Sabrial." she said, feeling a little flustered at herself for forgetting her name. She scented the air, it was obvious he was from Firestorm, but she had never met him before. But that didnt bother her, she often ran accrossed those she didnt know. When you were as adventurous and care free as she was that tended to happen even in your own pack. She didnt often hang around the pack group, she stayed more to herself and those close to her, while still roaming the packs lands, and the outlying unclaimed lands. Sabri was adventurous, and she loved finding places she'd never seen before. She was also very skilled in her packs land. She knew short cuts to almost every where, and knew the dense forests like the back of her paw. Letting her tongue lawl from her grinning mouth she waited for him to speak to her.
