` SORIYAN FOREST

A vast, dense forest that resides on Soriyan Island. The trees grow so closely together, that no light shines down in much of the forest. Once one travels far enough into the darkness, they'll notice a medium-sized clearing. The only place that the sun shines down on within the entire forest. A medium-sized lake thrives in the clearing, feeding off of a majestic waterfall that draws water from the Soriyan Mountains. The water tends to be ice cold during the fall and winter, but feels good during the spring and summer. The water of the lake is so clean and clear that it's one of the healthiest places to drink during all seasons. Though, fish do swim within the depths of the lake. Freshwater fish that one may eat, if they are hungry. Other animals live within the darkness of the forest, as well. One may find deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, and all kinds of rodent and prey; alike. But, prey aren't the only things that live within the forests. Some bears are known to take refuge in the darkness, waiting for unexpected victims.
