The young fae wolf moved silently through the grasses. Her tail hung low but swung side to side as she moved through the area. Her nose sniffed for any sign of prey. She wasn't starving yet, but it was best to be safe than sorry. Being a loner, she had to take care of herself and no one else. Being that way, Seri spent much of her time hunting. Having already claimed a den, her only worry was finding a big enough supply of food to keep her comfortable. Her sides showed that this was a well-fed young wolf. It hadn't been very long that she had been on her own, but so far she was doing very well.
Her ears perked as she caught the scent of a fawn on the wind. During the winter months, Seri would typically go after wounded deer, the spring and summer tended to be fawn hunting time for her. Her paced changed as she followed the scent trail of what couldn't be more than a few month old fawn.

The ebony head of the wolf lifted, as his crimson gaze followed the female as she passed by him not noticing him. Smirking, he waited until the female was past him by a couple of feet, before stretching and rising to his paws. With careful steps, he followed the female while being careful of where he put his paws, so as not to catch her attention. His ebony head lowered towards the ground, just in case she felt watched or followed. At least, she wouldn't be able to see the crimson of his eyes and realize she was being watched and followed. In his sick, twisted mind this was all just a normal game to him. A game of cat and mouse, almost. Once they were far enough away from his favorite resting place, a low growl rumbled from deep within his chest, hoping to scare the female, at least. As the growl faded into non-existence, he stepped from the darkness, his gaze sweeping over the form of the female infront of him. "Well, well. What do I have here?" The haunting tones of the male escaped his throat, as he glared at her. This meadow was sometimes what he called his home, and he was quite protective over any place that he called his.

As the voice of another filled her ears, Seri spun to face what she considered an intruder on her hunt. She glanced over the dark male with her ears flat to her skull looking more annoyed than afraid of the newcomer. After all, who did he think he was spoiling her hunt. With a moving prey, she had a limited time to find it. Her hips swung away as she identified him as a male wolf. Gaze brushing over him, she didn't feel any need to approach him especially with his oddly red eyes.
"You don't have anything. The name's Seri." She muttered with a low tone of her own. Her tone was more brusque and annoyed than angry. It took a lot for Seri to get mad, though she did worry that if she and this male got into it that she could get hurt. However, she figured it probably wouldn't come to that.
